Assistant Accountant

Jenson Fisher are delighted to have been instructed by a leading commercial business based in Dundee to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a full-time basis to be based from their stunning offices. Due to a review of the finance department, there is a requirement for a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative Assistant Accountant to join the team and report into the Head of Finance. Working as a key member of an established team, you will be provided with the platform to develop and also be given exposure to key elements of work to further nurture your development within the company.

On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include;

• Purchase ledger.
• Sales ledger.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Supporting with Payroll.
• Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
• Playing a key role during the month end and year end processes.
• Credit card reconciliations.
