- Jenson Fisher are currently recruiting a PA for their global Client based in Glasgow City Centre.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management for the Head of Scotland
- Liaising with meeting attendees, booking rooms and facilities
- Inbox management for the Head of Scotland, including setting up timely reminders for follow up to emails/meetings and monitor/replying to urgent emails when original recipient is unavailable
- Inputting expenses
- Organising travel including booking hotels, car transfers, flights, typing itinerary, visas (as required)
- Assisting with on-boarding for new starters
- Assisting with event management for large events (e.g. roadshows, conferences), including venue booking, coordinating attendees, and designing and producing supporting documentation.
- Organising team-wide events, including town halls, away days and social events
- Taking, distributing and tracking meeting minutes
- Keeping marketing material current, updating when necessary
- Supporting the Glasgow team with complex administrative tasks, e.g. office moves
- Contributing to effective working relationships with other business unit PA/EA's and external clients
- Compiling accurate emails, minute of meetings via dictation.
Applicants should:
- Have experience as a PA/EA in a corporate environment, ideally supporting more than one individual
- Have strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential, InDesign or experperience of it would be advantageous
- Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ablity to multi-task, co-ordinate and prioritise workload
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be professional and calm under pressure
Salary ranges between £35 000 and £40 000 per annum dependant on experience.
It's an office based role, working Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
