Description
Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a growing organisation based in Glasgow, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small friendly team.

The main duties:

  • Processing high volume of invoices each day
  • Reconciling contractor statements
  • Dealing with a high volume of customer queries (calls & emails)
  • Entering Direct Debit payments
  • Scanning and auditing batches of invoice
Skills required:

  • Purchase ledger experience would be preferred
  • Highly organised and able to plan their working week
  • Ability to meet monthly deadlines
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills
