- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent full-time basis. This role is to work This is role is to work in Purchase Ledger, Revenue Department.
The successful candidate should have strong book-keeping skills to trial balance, be self-motivated and be able to adapt to the tasks required at each given time, working to monthly deadlines.
The main duties:- Purchase ledger uploads and manual posting where required
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing monthly supplier payments
- Recording weekly sales and reconciliation of the daily revenue streams
- Analysis and reconciliation of 3rd party income
- Analyse and resolving any differences identified via the reconciliation processes
- Preparing and posting monthly expenses journals
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting the payroll department during holiday period
Skills:- Previous Accounts experience is essential
- Strong skills in Excel
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills
- Highly organised with high levels of attention to detail
- Able to work effectively individually and as part of a wider team
- Excellent communication skills
