This specialist EBC is seeking to augment its DC investment team with an analyst to provide support to the team and to develop into a consultant long term . 

They are seeking a quality graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree ideally in a mathematic based subject or at least a B and above in Alevel mathematics with a strong degree. Also to have a minimum of 1 years experience in an investment or pensions consulting capacity . 
The job will entail  conducting investment manager research and formulating views on investment managers’ and providers’ capabilities;calculating investment performance figures for performance monitoring purposes; drafting performance monitoring reports, including commentary, for checking;understanding the basis of transfers of assets between investment managers and liaising with managers during the transfer; and drafting letters and reports for review by senior staff. 
Personal qualities required is the ability to deal with multiple projects, work confidently and positively , demonstrate commercial awareness.
Support will be given to study for CFA or for Actuarial studies .
