- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be recruiting a Payroll Officer for a leading organisation based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to progress their career into a fantastic new role. This role is a stand alone payroll position to process a monthly payroll . This role offers a high salary, excellent benefits including an annual bonus, generous holidays and the opportunity for hybrid working - 2 days per week from home.
Responsibilities:- Processing the full cycle monthly payroll for UK
- Dealing with payroll queries relating to payroll and tax
- Payroll reconciliation and reporting for regional and global payrolls.
- Prepare post-payroll reports for finance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collating information for HMRC reporting
- Support the administration for introducing tax returns for applicable employees
- Benefits administration
- Full end to end payroll experience is required
- Strong skills in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to handle confidential information
