- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with an instantly recognisable Dundee based business to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Management Accountant, the Assistant Management Accountant will play a key role supporting during the financial reporting period, including with the production of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations. In addition, you will be highly visible across the business and liaise with department heads on financial performance on a regular basis.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Oversee transactional finance including purchase ledger, sales ledger and general accounts support.
- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts.
- Support with associated commentaries including variance analysis.
- Budgeting and cash flow forecasting across the Group.
- Undertake accounting work for key projects that the business is involved in (eg tenders and submissions).
- Playing a key role during the year end process, including assisting with preparing for annual audit.
