- Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an expanding organisation based in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit an experienced Payroll professional who wants to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
The main duties:- Processing a monthly payroll from start to finish
- Checking weekly timesheets
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
- Printing and checking payslips
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Running payroll reports
- End to end Payroll experience is essential
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
