- Jenson Fisher are delighted to have been instructed by Dundee United Football Club to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time basis in a newly created role based from their offices positioned at Tannadice Park.

Dundee United – Payroll Administrator
Due to an increase in workload, Dundee United have a requirement for an experienced Payroll professional to join the club. With previous experience covering the full payroll process, the successful candidate will be confident and comfortable resolving any payroll queries within the business and taking care of all associated payroll administration. Reporting into the Financial Controller, on a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include;
• Use of Sage payroll packages alongside BrightHR system.
• Running the payroll on a monthly basis for in excess of 200 employees with variable hours.
• Preparing payroll reports for HMRC.
• Gathering required information for pension purposes.
• Processing payments within required timescales.
• Processing payroll administration including new start details, right to work, leaver documentation and p45s.
• Processing expense payments on a weekly basis.
• Tracking and managing the holiday and sickness absence records.
• Processing pre-paid credit cards on a weekly basis and topping up as required.
• Demonstrating discretion and professionalism at all times.
To be considered for this position you must have excellent experience within a Payroll capacity and the ability to handle a busy workload, prioritising your own work to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
