- Jenson Fisher are working with another exciting client based in Dundee and are supporting in the recruitment of an experienced HR Administrator. The company are going through a period of growth and are looking to add this additional role to their HR team on a permanent basis.
Daily duties in the role will include:- Supporting the HR Manager daily.
- Supporting with the full recruitment process from writing adverts, arranging interviews and providing feedback, through to appointments.
- Onboarding new staff and proving training etc.
- Managing all staff holidays and absence records.
- Supporting with any necessary disciplinaries.
- Supporting with payroll administration including holiday, maternity and sick pay.
- Updating personnel database, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Working with the HR Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and maintained.
- All other administrative support duties required.
- 1-2 years experience working in an HR environment.
- Strong IT skills including good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under time pressures with accuracy.
