- Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an established client based in East Kilbride who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a part-time permanent basis, to work 20 hours per week. They are flexible about the hours depending on a candidate's situation. This role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for part-time hours with a highly reputable organisation.
The main duties:- Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
- Working with sales / purchase ledger
- Credit control
- Managing the Company mail
- Process bimonthly payment runs
- Reconciliation of finance accounts
- Processing invoices & expense forms
- Following and using Accounts systems [SAP]
- Providing administrative support to the department
- Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels
- Previous accounts experience within a busy environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to liaise with internal and external customers and contacts
- High levels of attention to detail
