Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Arbroath based business who are looking to recruit a Group Accountant into their established finance team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the role of the Management Accountant is to accurately report on monthly financials whilst keeping a keen eye on business trends and variances.
In a role which will suit a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent) as the successful candidate your responsibilities will include;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for various entities within the Group.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Variance analysis.
  • Project accounting including financial analysis.
  • Analysis of entity performance and further analysis of contribution to Group.
  • Playing a key role across continued reporting improvements.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Use of both financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Playing a key role during both month and year end.
