- Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by an expanding organisation based in North Ayrshire to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days) permanent basis. My client is flexible to recruit a candidate to work 3,4 or 5 days. The main duties:- Processing a monthly payroll from start to finish
- Collecting data from managers, supervisors and employees, interpreting timesheets, preparing paperwork
- Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Point of contact for payroll and benefits related queries
- Administer HR related documentation with regards to Company Schemes
- Ensure all personnel files and HR databases are maintained and updated as appropriate
- Previous end to end payroll experience is essential
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of attention to detail
- Team player
- Sage 50 is desirable
- Strong Excel skills
