- Description
- Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by a highly reputable organisation based in Port Glasgow to recruit a Temporary Accounts Assistant on a 3 month contract, to bridge the gap while they recruit on a permanent basis. This role would suit a student looking for work over the summer or a candidate looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity. This role will require an immediate start.
The main duties:
- Purchase ledger duties
- processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Deal with supplier queries
- Assist with some payroll duties
The main requirements:
- Accounts Admin experience is preferred
- Able to use initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- High levels of attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
