- Jenson Fisher are supporting another returning client with the recruitment of an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing branch in central Fife on a full time, permanent basis.
The company are well know within their field and are a respected name in the local area. They are keen to find a new member of the team who has experience working within a busy conveyancing department and who is keen to make a move, and continue with the career development.
Duties in this role will include:- Having a hands-on approach, with a mixture of detailed casework.
- Managing all allocated residential conveyancing files.
- Issuing sale contracts - registered and unregistered.
- Dealing with sale enquiries.
- Drafting replies to additional enquiries and requisitions.
- Interpreting and advising on search results.
- Drafting and negotiating contract clauses to suit circumstances.
- Dealing with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently on the telephone, giving advice and negotiating solutions to problems.
- Undertake exchanges of contracts.
- Deal with all conditions in a mortgage offer.
- Prepare completion statements.
- Co-ordinate related sale and purchase transactions.
The role offers an excellent starting salary and benefits package with the opportunity to train further and develop within the practice. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and hybrid working can be considered on occasion also.
