Description
Jenson Fisher are working with another returning client based in Perthshire, and are supporting with the recruitment of an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team. 

Our client are a well known and respected brand in their field, and are looking for someone to join them who embraces their company culture and who can actively demonstrate passion for the brand they represent. 

Daily duties will include:
  • Accurately input all customer orders. 
  • Work closely with all departments including delivery team and warehouse. 
  • Print and send Order Confirmations to customers.
  • Work towards deadlines and prioritise tasks appropriately. 
  • Communicate with warehouse regarding stock levels and ensure this is kept up to date. 
  • Working to ensure all customer deadlines are met, communicating effectively throughout the sales process. 
  • Prepare Sales Invoices and liaise with Finance Department as necessary. 
  • Work with customer accounts and build rapport. 
  • Manage a busy inbox, ensuring all customers are kept up to date on their orders at all times. 

The successful candidate will have all of the above skills and will have strong IT skills also. You will have experience working with Word, Outlook and will be a confident Excel user too. A large portion of the work is also carried out using a bespoke database, so experience using a CRM would also be desirable but not essential. 

The role is a full time permanent opportunity with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. There is also the opportunity to work from home part of the week, once initial training has been completed. You would be joining part of a tight knit team, with opportunities for progression available. An immediate start is also available for the right candidate.
