Jenson Fisher are working with another returning client and are supporting in the recruitment of an experienced Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. The company are very well known in their industry and are looking to hire someone who can act as a brand ambassador, and focus on bringing in new business. 

The role will be varied and covering a large geographical area. Daily duties will include:
  • Developing new business opportunities.
  • Include target prospecting as well as presenting compelling business proposals to possible clients. 
  • Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the company values and products solutions.
  • Work effectively with key personnel including Buyers, Procurement Specialists and Directors to develop long term, strategic relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales using a bespoke CRM.
  • Effectively manage contracts and proposals through negotation to close.
  • Collaborate with the network of internal sales staff and managers to ensure successful implementation of business. 
  • Maintain consistent sales growth by establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. 
  • Develop and execute strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports company revenue and profitability targets. 

The ideal candidate will have expeirence working in a product based solutions sales role, and will be comfortable working in a feild based capacity. You will have a proven track record in sales and will be able to demonstate resiliance as well as the ability to build lasting relationships. The role covers the East of Scotland and would suit someone based in the central part of this region. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with flexibility expected due to the nature of the role. The overall package includes a strong basic, depending on experience, as well as excellent bonus and additional earning oppotunities too. You will also be provided with a company car, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone.
