Description
The Company

My client is a global wealth and asset management firm, owned and managed by its Partners & staff and based in London. They create investment solutions that meet clients’ needs and the firm has over $4bn of assets under management.

The Role

The mission of the Marketing team is to build the best possible brand, experiences, and engagement that reflect the company’s commitment to their clients and their needs. They are looking for a dynamic, digitally focused Marketing Manager to work as a conduit between the Head of Marketing and the Marketing team to build on their recent brand refresh in order to drive acquisition across all business areas.  This role sits at the heart of the business’ focus on new digital business models and marketing strategies, including major investments in digital technologies and client experiences.

The chosen candidate will have a good understanding of B2C and B2B digital acquisition marketing, be data-driven and detail-oriented and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. The role does not require official line management, but the successful candidate will be leading check-ins with the Marketing Executive and Brand Manager, reviewing activity and providing recommendations to the Head of Marketing.

This is a newly created role to help bridge the gap between the Head of Marketing and the rest of the team to allow the Head of Marketing to take a step back from the day-to-day activity and work on strategic initiatives and business development.

The Head of Marketing will be on a Sabbatical in December/January/February so there is an opportunity for the individual to take a step up and prove their ability early on, this also means that the successful candidate will be stretched and expected to perform to a very high standard.

This role can accommodate candidates who wish to work on a flexible basis and the company operate a hybrid model of remote/office based working.

  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Own the content strategy and delivery
  • Manage the monthly eDM campaigns across the business
  • Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver our printed and digital quarterly macro update
  • Lead on company-wide flagship webinars
Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing or Finance
