Client Manager DC Pensions

This exciting relatively new firm in the provision of outsourced services to the DC market, in particular Master Trust, is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead a team of partnership managers to deliver client satisfaction , revenue  and strategic engagement.

The key element of the role will be to manage large complex clients with the aim of achieving high client satisfaction in the delivery of services , to ensure there are strong trusted and established relationships created.

In addition to the relationships the role is focusing on delivery , leading a team of CRM’s and delivery , you will continually monitor performance against SLA’s , support CRM’s with negotiating contracts, new business , services and ad hoc projects.

To be considered you will need have several years experience working in a similar role , bring energy to the role as it is helping formulate the structure for the role . Excellent working knowledge of DC and managing large outsourced contracts and providing to targeted SLA’s.

The role is home based, having access to London a couple of times a month is the only travel requirement.
