- Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity with a supportive and well known firm?
Are you a confident communicator with quality typing skills?
If so, Jenson Fisher are working with a returning client based in the Dundee area and are supporting with the recruitment of an experienced Legal Secretary.
The daily duties of the role include:- Working and supporting a team, providing administrative support.
- Audio and Copy Typing of legal documents.
- Managing all incoming calls, taking messages and handling queries when appropriate.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mails.
- Liaising and supporting the wider team as well as the Partners.
- Maintaining files both manually and electronically.
The role offers excellent training and development, as well as the opportunity to be part of a long standing, tight knit team.
