- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working, with a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead an Accounts Payable team in the smooth running of the end of end accounts payable process by accurately processing invoices, staff expenses, and account reconciliations.
Main duties:- Overseeing the Accounts Payable Team
- Managing and mentoring the team to achieve targets
- Processing multi-currency invoices
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Monthly KPI reporting and month-end reporting
- Continually looking at process improvement within the team
- Set monthly and quarterly targets
- Previous AP Supervisory experience is essential
- First class communication skills and an ability to improve processes
- Strong technical skills, in particular Excel
- Highly organised
- Able to work to deadlines
