Jenson Fisher are recruiting for an established yet growing client in the Dundee area to recruit a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant ideally for circa 21 hours per week on a permanent contract. Reporting into the Accountant, the Purchase Ledger Assistant will manage a busy side of the finance department therefore it is essential that you have experience covering a high volume, complex accounts payable function.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Processing purchase ledger invoices onto Sage.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Matching and coding of invoices.
- Managing the payment runs and submitting for approval.
- Setting up accounts on the system.
- Resolving any purchase ledger enquiries.
- Supporting the wider finance department as required.
