Part Qualified Accountant

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Fife to recruit an Accountant on a permanent, full-time basis. The Accountant will be either Part or Fully Qualified (ACCA, CA or similar) and be in possession of strong experience working within an accountancy practice. Reporting into the Partners, you will be able to demonstrate excellent skills, knowledge and experience whilst also using multiple software packages including Sage and Xero.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

• Statutory reporting including preparation of annual accounts.
• Preparation of management accounts for clients.
• Oversee Bookkeeping for clients.
• Preparation of tax returns and VAT.
• Work with clients across multiple industry sectors including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Use of multiple financial software packages.

This is a key role within a progressive firm and you will be tasked with representing the practice well at all times whilst ensuring that deadlines are met and service levels are maintained.
