Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with an instantly recognisable company based in Blairgowrie to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant is a crucial member of the team, helping to ensure that deadlines are met whilst satisfying both internal colleagues and external customers.

With previous experience in a similar role, the Accounts Assistant will have a natural flair for numbers and consider themselves a strong user of accounting software and Microsoft Excel. On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Purchase ledger processing.
  • Sales ledger management.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Bank reconciliations and posting cash.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller at month end.
  • General accounts adminsitration.
  • Use of bespoke finance package alongside Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role therefore to be considered you must be able to demonstrate your ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will occupy a busy role within the company and in return you will receive a strong salary and package.
