Jenson Fisher are working with a well known client in the local area and are supporting with the recruitment of an experienced Service Administrator to join their team, on a full time, permanent basis. 

Our client is a family run business who have been running in excess of 50 years. They are leaders within their field and are currently going through an exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will previous experience in a similar Service type role and will be a confident communicator with the desire to learn. 

Daily duties within the role will include:
  • Working with customers, supporting with service requirements, ensuring all supporting documentation meets the manufacturers required standards.
  • Submitting and reconciling all claims to the manufacturer in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that any work undertaken meets the standard requirements and criteria, in keeping with regulations etc. 
  • Managing and constantly seeking to improve industry knowledge and research. 
  • Developing and maintaining professional, positive working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers.
  • Going above and beyond for customers, providing the highest levels of service available. 

To succeed in the role you must also have an eye for detail and strong IT experience too. You will be utilising a range of Microsoft packages as well as a few in house systems too. The role offers a strong basic salary and excellent benefits package too. You will be provided full product training and the role also offers the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.
