Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with our established, multi-national client with premises in Perth to recruit at Technical Administrator on a permanent, full time basis.

Reporting into the Team Leader, the Technical Administrator will be tasked with ensuring that daily operations are achieved in accordance with the company policies and procedures whilst also providing a firm support function to the wider business.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:
  • Works with fellow members of the team to agree key priorities on a daily basis.
  • Manages assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required.
  • Provides relevant management information to senior managers where required.
  • Provide support and assistance to senior colleagues in their interactions with clients and customers.
  • Assist in the processing of contract documents and issuing annual renewals.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive client documents, reports and summaries.
  • Prepare debiting instructions for own and colleagues’ clients
  • Ensure that internal records are maintained at all times on the Company systems.
  • Responds appropriately to urgent issues as they arise.
  • Maintain own electronic records and, where applicable, other members of the team.
