Description
Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow to recruit a Credit Control on a Fixed Term contract for 1 years. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent. This will suit a candidate who has a strong finance background and proven track record in reducing aged debt.

Main duties:

  • Contacting customers via phone and email to chase debt
  • Reducing aged debt and minimising legal/bad debts
  • Risk Assessing new credit account applications and making credit judgements
  • Reviewing credit limits and setting limits within company guidelines
  • Dealing with credit control queries
  • Maintaining and reconciling a high volume of accounts
  • Producing invoices, statements, and chase letters
Requirements:

  • Credit control experience
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • Xero experience would be preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
